Is it possible that the king or double beds can be made into 2 twins?

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, at this property, it is not possible to convert a king-size bed into twin beds.

Hi we are looking to stay at your accomodation but would be arriving after 10pm, is this ok? Our flight lands at 9.35pm. Can we get transfer quote?

Hi, check in is contactless and you'll recieve self check in instructions so you may check in after 10Pm but our staff provide support from 8am -10Pm. Airport transfer prices are for 1-3 persons 40€ and for 4-8 person 50€. Best regards, Mateo

Is parking available, and if so how far and for how much?

Property is located in pedestrian area of the old city so there is no parking. Closest one is around 3 mins walk from the property on the promenade. There are paid public parking options aswell in 7-10 mins walking distance.

Exceptional

Location is fantastic, right near the centre of it all, but when the doors closed you can't hear a thing. Very clean, great amenities and nice balcony to enjoy the weather.

It can be hard to find at first but the video guide helps. I recommend going the back way and not from the Riva entrance to avoid most of the stairs with your suitcase.

The room was a little dark and some of the lights were fused in the room which didn't help.

Great place! Hard to find. Lots of stairs.

Great everything

Difficult to find. GPS didn’t work well inside walls of old town. Ran battery down after 1 hr walking around trying to find. Even the locals didn’t know where it was.

Great base for exploring the Old Town & riva!

Location is great for exploring the old town, it was very busy when we visited and you're right amongst it. Check in & out instructions were easy and we had no issues. Communication via Whatsapp was prompt. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The AC worked well which really saved us...

For the price we would have expected some house keeping. Being in the old town it's not so easy to access with a lot of luggage.

Unique location

You can't get closer to the centre than this. It's so unique to stay in an apartment that's in the middle of the most visited place in Split. The room is perfect size, not too big and not too small.

Charming rooms and amazing location!

The charm of the rooms and the location were Amazing! We had the room with the balcony and enjoyed sitting out there. Rooms are good sized. You do have to walk up stairs with your luggage and you have to navigate stairs and cobble walkways to get there, but it is worth it!

We had an issue with not having hot water for a couple showers which wasn't fun. Not sure if this is an ongoing issue.

Beautiful Accommodation in Diocletian's Palace

Beautiful and spotless room, location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the touristy areas (just up a side street from the Peristil) but away from bustle. It was great to take short breaks away fr the crowds and the heat.

We were woken up by other guests who were speaking loudly in the common area early in the morning when they were checking out. We could also hear them packing the night before in the room above us. So the walls and floorboards are really thin.

Excellent short break great location.

The location is excellent for visiting the historical centre. The accommodation was clean and had everything you could wish for. The staff were easy to contact and resolved any problems instantly. The Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was exceptional.

The Weather. But you can’t have it all. Very wet May in Split this year.

Dream location. Stylish room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This apartment has an amazing location. We were so close to everything in the old city and just a stone's throw away from the main square and cathedral. The room was so beautiful and the staff were very flexible with moving our check in earlier and storing out luggage at the end. Would recommend this to anyone.

FYI there is no lift access.

Fabulous stay in the heart of Split

The location was amazing! right by Diocletian palace. Yet it was quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and had a nice ambiance.

The process for self check-in was a bit cumbersome. you fill in all your passport info, take picture of passport, then a selfie. For our group of 10 people it was a bit of work. I would have preferred if someone had just met us at the check-in. communication was very easy and quick though.

Fantastic location

Wow! What a brilliant location - we couldn't have been closer to the historic sights and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay - a quiet place to escape to from the busy streets. The room was a good size and had everything we needed for our four-night stay, including a lovely private terrace where we enjoyed breakfast from a local bakery. There were some really nice touches, like drinks in the fridge and little vanity kits (nail file, cotton wool pads etc) in the bathroom. The room was clean and well furnished.

Two really minor things, as we loved our stay and we'd definitely stay there again if in Split - we could hear other guests walking across the wooden floor above us at night. Also, there was a pair of flipflops left under the wardrobe, which we didn't remove but they looked like they'd been left by a previous guest.

Beautiful, comfortable and central

Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, fab location, friendly staff (even though you don’t meet them they are always there at the end of a message!)

It was all lovely, the only thing for people with more limited mobility is some rooms are up a number of flights of stairs….but worth the climb!
